1. About Relocly
Relocly ("we", "us", "our") provides a relocation information platform at relocly.co.uk, including visa guides, job listings, community tools, housing resources, and an AI-powered relocation consultant. By using Relocly, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Relocly. By using the service, you confirm that you are 16 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. AI Consultant — important disclaimer
⚠️ The AI Consultant is not a legal adviser.
Relocly's AI Consultant provides general information and guidance about relocation, visas, and immigration to help you understand your options. It does not constitute formal legal advice, immigration advice, or professional advice of any kind.
Immigration law is complex and changes frequently. For decisions that affect your visa status, right to remain, or immigration application, always consult a qualified immigration solicitor or a registered adviser with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) at gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser.
4. Paid sessions — AI Consultant
We offer paid AI Consultant sessions at £9.99 per session. Each session includes up to 20 AI messages and is valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Digital service — no refunds: Purchased sessions are a digital service that is made available to you immediately upon payment. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by proceeding with the purchase you agree to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the service has been accessed.
If you experience a technical fault that prevents you from using a purchased session, please contact us at hello@relocly.co.uk within 48 hours and we will review the issue.
Payments are processed by Stripe. A payment receipt will be sent to your email by Stripe.
5. Free features
Most features on Relocly are free, including visa guides, job listings, community tools, housing information, and a limited number of free AI messages. We reserve the right to adjust the number of free messages available at any time.
6. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Relocly for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content on community features (forums, chats).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse Relocly's systems or APIs.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Use automated tools to access the service in a way that disrupts normal operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
7. Content accuracy
We work hard to keep information on Relocly accurate and up to date, particularly for visa requirements and immigration rules. However, immigration rules change frequently. We cannot guarantee that all information on Relocly is current, complete, or accurate at all times.
Always verify important information on official government sources such as GOV.UK before making any immigration or relocation decision.
8. Third-party links and content
Relocly displays news headlines from GOV.UK, BBC News, and The Guardian via their public RSS feeds, with full attribution and links back to the original articles. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.
Job listings are sourced from third-party providers via RapidAPI. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of any listed job.
9. Intellectual property
All original content on Relocly — including our guides, blog posts, design, and branding — is owned by Relocly and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relocly is not liable for:
- Any immigration application outcome, visa refusal, or legal consequence arising from use of our service.
- Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity.
- Errors or omissions in AI Consultant responses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of Relocly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
